So why do you make the exception for alcohol which is obviously responsible for 1000's of deaths per year? Is it because perhaps while you recognize there is a risk involved you are not willing to sacrifice the freedom for the safety such a ban would bring?

Drugs also ruin the lives of ppl who are robbed and killed by the ppl needing money to buy them. Stop acting like every dealer and addict are great ppl who dont hurt others.

I agree, and this is obviously government overreach in my mind and I'm kinda shocked how many people on here support it. Under current laws, 3 guys caught with an 8ball of cocaine could all be charged with intent to distribute since its over 1.1 grams each, and would subsequently be murdered if some people on here got there way.

That's crazy.

How enlightened of you. Your parents sure are proud i bet.

I need to establish that I'm not for the death penalty for drug dealers but I would support stiffer penalties for some.

Larger amounts, position in organization, selling bad stuff, selling to people that are hooked, etc. should be charged pretty heavily.

So its extremely absurd for a heroin dealer giving bad heroin to multiple people that die to get the death penalty?

Yes. I blame the user. Especially in the age of the internet you should be responsible for informing yourself.

That would mean you and 99% of the MSM news media and the Democratic Party would have to shot in the head immediately. You sure that s your story

Me too.

It's amazing that a board that claims to be all about personal responsibility blames the capitalistic dealers.

Why don't they blame the manufacturers and distributors of alcohol & tobacco? They end and ruin more lives than illegal drugs.

Did you know that junkees will actually flock to a dealer if they hear his batch killed someone? They think it means it must be strong.

Anyone who took the presidents comments as a serious policy suggestion should be put to death for being a melodramatic little bitch.
