So Kemp won me back. He did the sensible thing and placed those at high risk under 14 day shelter at home instead of the entire state.

Governor just said that he is not mandating restaurant and bar closures either, if they can maintain a 6 foot distance between patrons.
Only ones that are mandated for shelter-in-place, are those who have chronic lung illnesses and some other diseases, nursing home patients, anyone who has tested positive for COVID19 or have symptoms, as well as those that have come in contact with a confirmed case
