Yeah that entire thing with Eddie started well before Dan’s reputation started taking major blows but obviously was a telling sign on just how questionable his character was. I mean Eddie went to Dan as a Team guy to Team guy for help and Dan not only blew him off but literally questioned his entire motive in the first place literally stabbing Eddie in the back. I think Goggins even had issues with him as well.
