Why does Joe feel he's entitled to just grab women?

I mean...we all had that old uncle or whatever that would say stuff like this, but to do so to stangers' kids?

I don't take the "lock up your daughters" comment as all that bad but the touchy feely stuff is over the top weird and frankly should make these young girls uncomfortable.

Slate is leftist as hell, and Joe isn't left enough for them as one can tell from the tone of the article.

Making that joke once or twice isn't really a thing to get pissed over, but the way he does it repeatedly combined with his history of touching girls really suggests that's just what's going on inside his head the whole time.
