If they were smart, they'd rediscover old recipes dating back as far as colonial days.

Colonial Williamsburg had a restaurant that specialized in popular colonial era recipes. It was very good.

Still baffled that nobody in their upper management saw this massive backlash coming. Could have at least sent out a survey to get the public's opinion on it. Talk about not knowing your clientele. Embarrassing.
