Of course it would strengthen racism, it is literally racism. How do they decide who pays for this and who benefits? Just anyone that looks white? Regardless of actual family history? And who benefits? Anyone that looks black? Regardless of family history? What are the logistics of handing this money out and collecting it? has it ever been asked or answered?
