The presence of a drop weapon in that cops car indicates to me that this is a systemic problem.

Cop also had AK in the car.

Meanwhile, because of BLM, people were willing to ignore all of that because “cops are under attack.”

They are a bit afraid of cops for a couple of reasons. There's some validity to the fear. Some of it is just a reaction to fear mongering.

Yes,exactly. The false narrative that cops are under attack is perpetuated by groups like BLM, who do not have pure intentions in the least.

5 cops were assassinated in Dallas & in terms of media embrace of BLM and shite

That narrative isn't far off

BLM along with the media has sparked a lot of racially motivated violence or high profile newsworthy instances

That's terrible, but that's not a systemic problem. About 50 cops are killed feloniously every year. That's 50/800,000. Terrible incident, but not overall indicative of a war on cops.

I don't think the war on cops is just dead cops

There's a clearly an agenda aimed at them even if the agenda isn't really about them

Case in point, BLM

Fair. It's not just dead cops. But the war on cops isn't all negative either. Some people do not like what the police have become and do not like their policies. They want to legitimately change that. It's easy to distinguish the two, because those with honest intentions don't say and do things that would put people at risk of being killed by a cop. Unlike BLM, who desperately needs more incidents to remain relevant.

Yeah I have to agree. These cultural Marxists are using cop issues to gain momentum for their fricked up cause. It's confusing matters severely.

MOST of these incidents we see in the news start out as simple traffic stops that turn bad. I know where you're heading, but legalizing marijuana (for example) would not have prevented this guy from being pulled over by the cops for riding his bicycle across 6 lanes of traffic without a night light.

Ok, fair enough. It definitely looks like this incident wasn't in the context of a warrant for a dime bag or something. I'm not talking specifically about this incident, but there are things that would have totally changed the outcome. Such as not totally bungling the detention/arrest. That's another issue many people have with the police. Just plain poor skills.

Nor would they have prevented him from having a warrant out for his arrest for an aggravated assault charge. You see what I'm saying.

Yes, I see.
