You are a kid who has contributed zero to "America Running". Someday you'll learn that the world isn't a binary equation of liberals and conservatives. Someday when you grow up that is.

I've paid taxes every year since I was in high school and have fed many a family thru raising beef.

I am on the board for a STEM program here in NOLA to encourage young people to be interested in science and math. We build robots and compete nationally. I guess we all have our part to play.
Your entire identity is wrapped up in your politics. It's a sign of immaturity. Here's a conservative suggestion for you: have the strength to be an Individual. Your collectivist philosophies which cause you to see the world entirely through the prism of your political party is frankly counter to the American ideal.
There are highly intelligent people on both sides of the aisle. Some of the most successful people on planet earth in some of the most intellectually demanding fields are in both parties. Grow up.

This is such a hilarious attempt at an insult to liberals. You’re trying to say that teachers and researchers aren’t important? Do you realize how much important technological and scientific research occurs in universities? How much technology is transferred from schools to private businesses?

We have the greatest university system on earth (public and private) and that’s a big part of why we lead the world in innovation.

I expected you to surrender at the first sign of trouble. It's why you can only spout your drivel in this echo chamber. You don't have the backbone to stand tall...as expected. Kids these days...

Like you claimed I've never contributed when I've paid taxes for years and fed families.

Typical for your personal attacks to get completely blown apart

You want a cookie for paying taxes and doing your job in a thread you started to denigrate the contributions of CEOs, legendary scientists, and world changing technologists? Sorry but I'm not impressed that you raised a few cows in comparison.

The political leanings of doctors is interesting.

primary care physicians are more likely to be Democrats, while procedural specialists are more likely to be Republicans.

Plastic surgeon with a wealthy client base is more likely to be Conservative...physician who works with poor people in an urban area more likely to be Liberal.

Physicians working in Pediatrics more tend to be Liberal. Radiologists more tend to be Conservative.

People( EMS, ER staff ) who have to deal with blood, bodily fluids more tend to be politically Liberal. ( higher disgust response among Conservatives? )

It’s almost like the people who “keep America running” have different political beliefs.
