Quite the opposite. When the ultra-woke cancel culture now goes after big name liberal celebrities for not being woke enough, even the celebrities are starting to identify with more conservative ideas.

He's saying that the right (moreso Republicans) has not really made an effort to connect with those demographics, which is true. There's no need to change the message. Bypass the media and make personal connections with people in those communities. If you don't want them to think we're all racists, then show them.
