So when Fentanyl Freddie gets picked up in an ambulance and brought to the ER for medical care, the taxpayers now have to shell out for the cost of the EMT’s, the ambulance ride, the hospital stay, AND a tax penalty on top of all that.

- Ambulance rides and EMS on scene……..hantavirus on the subways
- Tree pickup……trash can fires.
- Parks concessions…….no food at parks.
- Taxi permits……no drivers. Murders in the subway continue.
