CNN is actually correct in this case.
They did meat the qualifications of office.
They were both citizens and met the age requirement.
Therefore they were qualified.
Now CNN and their leftist cronies didn't use the same standard vs Trump. They constantly have argued that he wasn't qualified to be President.

You are entitled to whatever opinion you choose to have (intentional), but it's pretty widely accepted that experience applicable to be President or Governor would be executive level experience.
You really can't reasonably claim that Trump doesn't have that.
