He is trying to get her to be more coherent instead of her rambling speech. Asking her about the memo and taking Rep side saying why not let it come out if it is the truth. Pelosi pitching the Dem "memo". Give him an atta boy on this one for not just nodding his head to Pelosi speech like most do to her.
