More likely it was more along the line of an intimidation move by the Slickster than it was anything to do directly with Lynch.
Lynch was supposed to be in Phoenix that day at a scheduled event. Slickster probably tracked her down. Probably barged into her plane under the guise that the former Pres. is a fan. He then starts talking to her about all types of unrelated stuff, etc with himself between the door and Lynch.
It was a classic slick intimidation move by Clinton. He's good at that kind of thing. In debates he would routinely leave his podium and move right next to Bob Dole or even HW with a very august intellectually curious look. It is an Alpha move.
Not being a fan of Lynch, etc, but she was out of her league as soon as The Slickster walked up those steps. When he left, she had a message loud and clear without Clinton actually saying it.

Resurrecting this story would be great in a vacuum, but I wonder if it’s a red herring to distract from the DOJ Russian Spygate prosecution.
Why would Fox want to do that? More likely it's to distract from or justify ignoring the current politicization of the DOJ.

Bless your heart. You still don't get it.

It’s absolutely indefensible
They never had to defend it. The media went silent and it went away.

I get it, I get it. We're all lucky to have you here keeping us safe from Hillary eating the faces of children.

yeah but there seems to be evidence that this meeting was planned ahead of time.
