The judges requirement was that it isn't arbitrary.
Unconstitutional meets the definition of unaribtrary, no?

Is “because the American Republic wants it to end” not a good enough reason?

The duly elected president ran on this issue and won
Like he said, republic, a collection of 50 states. Nobody cares that 100 percent of the loons in San Fran NYC and Chicago agree on something stupid

Do you recall even Obama said he couldn't do it, but did it anyway and just counted on the courts to back his play.
DACA was headed to a defeat in court but the AGs stayed their case when Trump issued the rescission EO.
Trump should absolutely ignore this ruling.

Yes Pro. Odickhead used an EO...

Daca is not a federal law. It was an EO that can be revoked by the current President. Good luck with that Judge

Watching you post is like watching Chris Farley fall on that coffee table over and over and over again.
You're almost as bad as texridder

The judge has no standing and no constitutional authority to interfere, and should be put in his place.

You people.
I didn't post anything about the validity of an EO.
I quoted the post I was responding to, which claimed popular support was against DACA. Did you miss that, or just ignore it?
It's incredible the number of times on here someone responds to a specific post, and the loons here assume that means that the poster is taking a unequivocal stance either for or against the larger issue.
Yours is a perfect example.

The claim was that the EO was supported by the will of the people, which it was...you inferred it wasn't by stating a gallop poll. That connects the two.
