He’s only been indicted so they can say he’s been indicted because most people think this means he’s guilty. Then later they’ll bring out the “not exonerated” jargon again. Nancy already said he’ll have a chance to “prove his innocence” as if you are guilty until proven innocent in this country.

He will be indicted by the Feds for January 6 and the Documents. He will also be indicted by other DA like Fulton County, GA and possibly in a VA county. The idea will be to keep him fighting in court rather than campaigning.
