OK, time to kill off your lies for good so I can just reference this post in the future.

First up

Fundamental misunderstanding that misdemeanors are crimes.
You claimed that a visa overstay was a crime, since you claimed it was a misdemeanor.
Both Lifeshoals and I corrected you in detail
https://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/display.aspx?sp=121418392&s=2&p=121411242#121418392

You then went on a long spree of lying trash against me and other people before doubling down on your complete ignorance of US law.

So here we have a fundamental misunderstanding of US Laws, which any US Adult understands, if we get a Misdemeanor, it is indeed a criminal charge.

You had no idea that was true, and you even doubled down on it.

You have continued to try to mislead an entire forum about many things.

There are many people here who I disagree with, and I respect that, but you are far worse, you are fundamentally dishonest.

I'm bookmarking this so I can reference it in the future.

If that was true, which it isn't, then you would be able to provide many examples......but you can't.

My point is clear, visa overstays are civil, not criminal. I am right, they are.

He brought the receipts with the screen shots. Either you’re not American or you’re a complete moron. Which is it?

Is a visa overstay a civil or criminal infraction?

Try to answer without deflecting and spewing insults.

Completely irrelevant to your claims that misdemeanors aren’t crimes. He proved you said that.

I clarified my point several times. Funny how those were left out of the cherry.

quote:

civil violations have a broad range of penalties. Fines, censure, loss of license......but that does not make them criminal.

quote:

Arizona vs United States confirmed "it is not a crime for a removable alien to remain in the U.S" Which is why Congress is trying to pass "Visa Overstays Penalties Act", that would make overstays criminal, instead of civil, and expose them to prison time.

quote:

Overstaying a visa is not a criminal offense, it is a civil violation.

quote:

Overstaying a visa can result in a civil penalty, such as deportation, meted out through the civil justice system.

My point is clear, overstaying a visa is a civil, not criminal, violation. I am right.

What possible clarification could you make to justify the statement you made that a misdemeanor is not a crime?

BamaMoron is so American, he can't bring himself to the guard thread to call out his ilk for more violence, especially against service members.

The ones that clarified what my point was......but you knew that.

Once more in case you missed it

Everything you posted is completely irrelevant to you posting that misdemeanors aren’t crimes. Are you still confused and think overstaying a visa is a misdemeanor? That doesn’t help your argument that you’re an American.

Im not even sure he's human anymore lol.

He posted in more sports, information with an obvious training cutoff date.

I have professional interest in this besides it being hilarious.

Hes either someone heavily relying on auto translate and a free Large Language model (Gemini) to make his posts, or hes entirely a bot.

Its a pretty typical AI response, they cant actually reason, so unless it specifically puts attention on apologize (to keep customers happy), it will keep repeating something unrelated thing ad nauseum.

I do suspect its someone with very limited intelligence, who for some reason thinks he can just do this job using Gemini to argue for him.
