On what grounds would an elected official other than the President have to invite UN military into the United States to act as "peace keepers?"

That sounds like he is inviting a foreign military to invade the USA.

Untrue, the violence is now spreading from the south of the city to the central part, North Chicago is still largely violence free because you know that's where the wealthy Democrats who run the city live and they aren't going to tolerate it.

The solution is quite simple actually Surround south Chicago with the Illinois National Guard tell the hoodlums down there that inside that circle, there is no laws, you do whatever you want. But if you take one step outside that circle with intent to commit violence you will be shot down. Tell everyone else that if they go in there or stay in there, they are on their own. No police, no nothing.
