Sadly, he may be the best New Orleans has to offer. He's no fool. He has to play one to maintain his electoral base.
I've had some dealings with his staff and always found them to be helpful. Too bad Cedric has to play to his voter base for the cameras.
He represents New Orleans, he does not represent Louisiana.
He is a good example of why New Orleans has continued to devolve and decay.

I am confused isn't he supposed to represent his constituents? He isn't elected by the entire state only his district.

Thanks to republican gerrymandering, he represents much more than New Orleans. I am glad to have him as my congressman, considering the alternative.

From what I understand he worked pretty damned hard with Graves on the Duplication of Benefits issue.
