You should listen or watch today's War Room. There was some info presented about the animals used in testing the mRNA vaccines developing brain disease similar to mad cow. Expected to take about 1 1/2 years to have the same effect in people vaccinated.

That doesn't mean what you think it does. The mRNA from the vaccine is contained in a lipophilic coating that once injected crosses the cells' membrane. The mRNA enters the cytoplasm, not the nucleus, and uses the ribosomes to create the covid S-proteins. It does not, does not alter DNA/your genome.
