The lie notwithstanding, young kids are not having sex, and a healthy supply of immigrants and low wage workers is what keeps the current economical ponzi scheme alive. As opposed to, say, south korea's negative birth rates.

Just cross your fingers that a shitload of south american catholics can transform the country's political landscape over time into something recognizable again.
