Of course it’s by design. This is one example of the way that the socialists/communists are redistributing wealth and buying votes, since they have not been completely successful at the ballot box. Elected leaders in many states are actively looking the other way to facilitate the fraud, if not also sharing in the spoils. Now that everyone is aware of this scheme, which is widespread geographically across the country and across numerous federal programs, what are the normal law abiding people that love America as it is/was going to do about it? Our federal debt, which is driven by this fraud, will take this country down in the near future.

I’d add in democrat controlled municipalities/counties working with the state to defraud red areas. It was telling to me that in the article that the Bay Area and Sacramento were included in the fraud but somehow Fresno (which is bigger than Sacramento) didn’t register. You wouldn’t skip this area if you were auditing. Or perhaps it’s just a coincidence that the notable fraud is only in blue areas.

It certainly looks that way. I’d like to know who has been setting up these businesses. It isn’t just coincidence that they popped up in such large numbers. This is coordinated.
