Will the number of votes be similar to the numbers when Pratt was in the race? I doubt it...
As of the latest Los Angeles County vote count released on June 7–8, 2026, with about 83% of the expected vote counted, the top candidates had:
Candidate Votes
Karen Bass 250,871
Nithya Raman approximately 196,100
Spencer Pratt approximately 193,000
Other candidates combined approximately 83,300
Total votes counted so far: about 723,000.
For the three leading candidates, the combined vote total is approximately.

Population there is 3.8 million, that’s terrible turnout of conservative leaning. LA has to be at least 25% non leftist but didn’t get half that so they must not really care

It is indeed a terrible turnout, especially where the incumbent is arguably responsible for a mass catastrophe, and the campaigns received national attention.
Most conservatives left L.A. years ago. What is left is a black and brown population that skews heavily left. Besides the likely mail in voting fraud, the big story of this election is the total apathy the current population has for its own political fate. They don't care.
