Anyone... and I mean ANYONE... that thought Canada had any chance of influencing us with retaliatory tariffs is a fricking fool.

I just skipped ahead to page 4… am I correct in that Roger, who was once staunchly opposed to tariffs, is now upset because Canada is removing their tariffs?
