I'm sure Trump will pick a Justice that will replicate the judicial temperament of RBG, you know, like he did with Scalia and Gorsuch.

The way I see it, two terms of President Trump, two terms of President Pence, our Country will be back o track by this time and these Jack Asses won't even remember what they were complaining about.

Of course they will have to work for a living

Why don't we just reconvene when all of these hypothetical vacancies become reality?

Wonderful thought. Let's see what she thinks six years from now.

which is why the Dims filibustering here was idiotic.

Scalia for Gorsuch is a one for one trade on ideology.

They would have a somewhat legit beef replacing RBG with someone like Gorsuch.

I don't agree with RBG but i also don't want the court to be an echo chamber of similar thought.

Actually what is considered conservative today would be a middle of the road Democrat 50 yrs ago.

If Trump is successful enough to earn a 2nd term, he could end up picking a majority of the court.

8 years of Trump & a decidedly conservative SC. That could be just what the doctor ordered for America. i think the House will stay Republican, too. The Senate is always a little more iffy, though.

PS - I'm not Republican, but where else is a conservative going to turn?

I hope Trumps next nominee is Robert Bork.

It's amazing that no SC nominee to too creepy for the alt-right.

Lol. Trump has done the exact opposite of everything he said he would do. There will be a democrat POTUS ushered in by a democrat controlled in 2020.
