Yes, it's about creating an alternative to going to the ER which is the most costly option.
It is about significantly disincentivizing going to the ER, rather than rewarding very bad behavior.

Hello Retard
A "retard" doesn't know any better. In terms of healthcare issues, BA is simply a sophomoric-level liar.

The question as to a GOP Healthcare Insurance Plan was asked and answered earlier in the thread. It is notable there was not a single subsequent response to it.
Trying coming to grips with the real world and what is actually happening now. What did Republicans propose while they controlled both houses in 2017-18.

I'm surprised you don't know that.
It's almost like CNN and MSNBC did not report a thing on it.
Of course, to become law, the Senate had to at least pass a vehicle to reconciliation, which would then allow discussion and compromised modification of the AHCA. JohnLyingLiarMcCain scuttled that opportunity.

It really wasn't. The GOP has no feasible health insurance plan.
Well for starters we could stop paying Democrats to have 10 different kids by 10 different fathers....

I would love to see a plan that gets government out of health care.
That will NEVER happen. The goal should be to shape government involved healthcare the way Republicans want it. The problem is they can’t because they campaign on getting government out of healthcare. So, eventually the Democrats will get what they want Medicare for all. That is reality.

You think Republicans can run on the American Health Care Act of 2017. They will get bar-b-qued. This won't be something they can spin for a couple of weeks in congress. It will be dissected and debated for months.
And Trump BS-ing the public about how it covers pre-existing conditions won't fly this time.

Can you articulate why bending to China's will has no negative consequences?

It is the plan which served as a foundation for the AHCA.
Welcome to reality.
As was the case with the OP, you apparently were unaware of its existence.
Your posts in this thread indicate you also were completely unaware of the legislation based upon it.
Sorry it rattles your cockles.

But that is a different question, now isn't it?
You think Dems can run on CommieCare?
