These arguments against inheritance I’ve seen here aren’t what I would consider good.

It’s not an argument, it’s reality.

Well then you lead by example and give all of your property, possessions, and money away to them.

They've lied to us about everything in history. I have no doubt they've lied us about slavery as well. A lot of it just makes no sense. Slaves were expensive. But then you want me to believe that slave owners beat and tortured these slaves? Why? That would only be to the financial detriment of the owner. You need healthy and ambulatory slaves to work the property. Beating the hell out of them puts them out of commission or at best, working at a fraction of their capability. No profit minded slave owner (the majority) would have done that.

The government spread a narrative that never happened.

A state that never had slavery is going to tax people that never owned slaves and give that money to people that never were slaves.

full blown clown world.

Inheritance that comes from non-family members?

Any reparations should come as land, not cash

This is what it all boils down to. A group of people whose only desire is to get something for nothing. There's a reason Rhodesia went to hell when it became Zimbabwe.

I just disagree with you in that I believe inheritance should exist.

Let’s part ways here. We were not meant for each other.

Inheritance comes from your family, not someone else's. WTF are you even talking about?

At any given point, everyone is descended of slaves and everyone is descended of slavers.

What slave-like conditions did they inherit, and what blame/financial responsibility did I inherit?

I would agree that if there were historic slave owners alive today, they'd have reparations to pay out. But debts aren't inherited. Imagine Jay Z getting taken to the cleaners because his grandfather did a drive-by and killed 5 people. That's bullshite. But that's the mindset gimmedats have.

By inheritance you mean blood guilt. If that's the case, let's set off any reparations blacks get by the amounts owed to white families theirs victimized. If I'm responsible for slavery 150 years ago, surely a black grandma is responsible for her grandson killing a white person 25 years ago.

No, that’s slave-owners.

The fruits of labor have been displaced. The task force report will inform us further.

I keep getting a warning for post quality/quantity, so obviously people aren’t comfortable with the ideas I am conveying. Good night.

I agree. You get inheritance from your ancestors, should they list you in their will.

You don't get money from my ancestors, though, unless they list you.

I'd run too if my last line of defense was arguing reparations are inheritance...
