Sucks but I don’t believe PG&E are forced to do business there. Increase rates to deal with poor government. It’s not like the situation is unknown. If unable to do business then close up shop. Only hurts Californians more.

PG&E a few years back had to reorginize and a banker was put in charge and that reorginization was a sea change shift in how they operated.

their program of prevenitive maintenance was changed to a run until failure and replace. this was to save money.

the clearing of brush near their equipmnet was curtailed significantly under this program.

this in addition to californias mismanagement of land contributed to these disasters.

they are both equilly responsible.

And leave them in the dark?

Hmmmm, I guess that would be OK.

California forced them to spend billions on green energy rather than focusing on maintaining what they had. California needed the wildfires to advance their climate change agenda.

its long passed time for all energy companies to sell off equipt and move out and move back to america

after all california should be 100% wind and solar power only just like they want the rest of the country to be.

so go ahead californication, set the example for the rest of the country and show us how easy being green really is. californication will be the testing ground for AOCs green new deal

Maybe we can see if Chicken can sell them the hamster wheel setup used to run TD.

They can replicate it and have entire hamster farms used to run the whole state of Cali’s power.
