Because they got a shite degree that didn't teach them any real world knowledge and it landed them a job under some woke boss who appreciated their ideology, and have never actually had to build anything or do real work at any time in their lives.
People who have actually worked their asses off, the real men and women of this nation who held multiple jobs while successfully raising their kids in a fruitful and positive environment and sacrificed anything the had to in order to succeed, those people don't have the time or energy to worry about fricking pronouns or social justice propaganda.
