After she is arrested they also need to prosecute Bob Casey and Dem Attorney Marc Elias for stealing $1 million dollars from the taxpayers for this frivolous recount. With several counties reporting...6 votes out of 50,000 have changed hands to McCormick.

It was actually her JOB to know the law - and the fact that anyone with a 3rd grade education could read the rules and know she was breaking the law.
Any 18 yr old dropout would be put on trial and sentenced to jail doing what she did. And SHE is the 'expert' (or at least is being paid to act like one) - so she either knowingly broke the law (as she admitted to doing) OR she was collecting a paycheck knowingly unprepared to do the work. She should be prosecuted for BOTH crimes.
Put her arse in JAIL.
