It’s kind of a stupid rule to me. I drunk one beer as the designated driver and had like .209 BA level or is it .029? and was only 19.

Just seems dumb

It was overv10 years ago the mayor of Londinstan declared sharia law courts would rule the UK one day.

Prosecutors could not choose to apply the law a bit more heavily toward certain classes of people, nor apply leniency based on political clout or racial/sexual preferences.
