Can someone explain EO13961 to me like I just learned about its existence?

Absolutely...

It is the EO that was created and signed between EO13960 and EO13962. Should be easy to track down now and read what it says.

But, as a less smart-arse answer, let me direct you here where it's explained a little better than you typically get with all the bureaucratic gobbledy-asian:

Yeah, I've talked to the docs at MD Anderson too. I'm glad they're noticing the mRNA shots are shite, but wake me up when they break away from big pharma influence and take fenbendazol and other cures seriously. Until then they're still just part of the problem.

Man, that's a loaded question because there's a ton of developments to explain, as research into the entire Devolution theory, EO13961 & the Continuity of Government (COG) has been going on during the entire illegitimate Biden term.

I'd preface everything to follow by pointing out that you said "... like I just learned about its existence" and not "... like I know all the words to Rocky Top". Training wheels: on [OFF] That said, I'm more of a "teach a man to fish" kinda guy. Nobody's sitting on exclusive info. I'd prefer to show folks where I went to educate myself on the topic, and let them reach their own conclusions. (TD is rife with some who are desperate to be spoon-fed, and when one declines to do that, they shriek incoherently.

As with most things Devolution-related, I wholeheartedly endorse Jon Herold's research into the entire matter. You can find links to the articles/videos/readings here.

Yes, there are over 2 dozen separate articles.

Yes, it's a metric shite ton of reading. Patrick Gunnels' readings of the series are a fantastic way to get through the material if you're an auditory learner.

Yes, Jon goes into extraordinary detail on the whole shebang, but for a top-to-bottom understanding of the complete body of research, I cannot stress the importance of getting the information directly from the source. Most importantly, it's critical that we develop the skills to direct folks to the information. I'm going to forget stuff. I might get something wrong. I'm definitely not going to be able to explain it as well as the guy who's been researching the stuff nonstop for the past almost-four years.

The Devolved Series from Dauntless Dialogue is also a great way to get caught up on the 40,000 ft. view of the Devolution theory.

In a nutshell, EO 13961 is one half of the administrative framework for the continuity of government plan that many of us believe was implemented by President Trump at the end of his first term, as the stolen 2020 election would result in the US government falling into the hands of a group of occupying enemies/belligerent force (i.e. the incoming Biden-Harris criminal regime).

Jon's Devolution Part 13 goes into great detail about EO 13961.

The other half of the framework is the Federal Mission Resilience 2020 strategy, which was published on Dec. 7, 2020, the same day as EO 13961. It basically lays out the priorities of a decentralized version of the US government and specifies the order of operations to establish the National Essential Functions (NEF) that must be preserved during Continuity of Government (COG), Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Enduring Constitutional Government (ECG).

This is a LOT of heavy data to throw at someone, so getting a person caught up after having a 4 year head start is a tall order. There has been a ton of static from a very vocal minority of posters here on TD whose dazzling rebuttals to discussion of the various aspects of Devolution theory have been "nuh-UHHHHHHH!", and then they make squinty faces as they squeeze their testicles and go stand in the corner in protest.

While it's premature to call the revocation of EO 13961's actionable sections on the eve of Trump's return to the WH a "proof" or confirmation, the timing is breathtaking, since the Biden WH didn't touch 13961 for their entire occupation.

Here's a link to the Rumble stream of Devolution Power Hour from the night of the 19th where Jon and a couple of the Badlands guys hash through the implications of the revocation of the EO just before Trump is inaugurated.

I've thrown a lot out there for consumption. Always happy to discuss later if other questions arise.

Too bad they couldn't have saved all that money from that stupid "humanitarian pier" that sank in less than 3 weeks.
