I think I have him pegged. Since Trump’s come along, this once proud person - proud and fully convinced that he’s on such a higher plane of enlightenment that basically he’s above reproach - it suddenly, at some unknown point in time (which I wish I had video of), like a sledgehammer to the forehead it dawned on him that (1) in reality he’s an ugly pussy, (2) Trump is so confident and superior to him that he doesn’t receive in return a fraction of attention back from Trump that he gives to Trump (because Trump knows he’s a chump), and (3) he’s very much reproachable. And Trump’s got the chest to see it through.
