Cannon at one point asked the DOJ to provide an example of a time it brought forth two criminal cases in a "compressed" schedule while calling for trial dates within less than 3 months; Cannon did not receive an answer.

That seems like a good opportunity for follow up questions by the judge and the defense.

That's an assumption, but the basis for a delay resides in her GIVEN belief that the prosecution can not keep up with two simultaneous trials.

Considering the DOJ has said they don’t have the resources to investigate Biden, isn’t that an astute assumption

Maybe, but that's not my argument. I'll give you the benefit of doubt and assume you skimmed through the post.

I really think Trumps only out on this case is to get elected and have the AG drop the case. Lying about having the docs was clearly a crime. The other charges may be piling on but lying when subpoenaed about having the docs is not good for Trump.

What docs?

The ones that have not yet been corroborated as actually being classified? Hasn’t the DOJ denied Trump’s attorneys an opportunity to do so?

Read the subpoena. He lied when he said he didn't have them and the raid proved that.

Who are these brilliant legal minds saying that "only the documents case has any legal chance of succeeding?" Where do people get this stuff?

Trump's lawyers have already pled guilty to election interference and agreed to testify against him in Georgia.

The Biden DOJ will have to wait to bring its historic case concerning overdue library books.

Even more interesting if Trump wins. Can a president be prosecuted in court, if the proceeding began before he became president?

Part of the reason Colorado is trying to remove him from the ballot, that and omb

Are we taking a prosecutors word as fact? Yes or no?

IB used to pretend to be a Ron Paul libertarian. Now he parrots neocon and lawfare talking points because Trump is bad. He literally has become a David Frum/David Brooks wannabe.

because taking home classified documents is, on it's face, illegal.

Not for the one person who has the ability to declass and thats The President.

The many classified documents that Biden took home or stored elsewhere as a Senator and as VP show how stupid they are to go after President Trump. Trump could keep them in his sock drawer if he wanted to like Bill Clinton did. Biden doing so prior to being "President," was highly illegal.

Meanwhile, Obama has a warehouse full! I wonder how many of his documents are classified?
