I'm not convinced that's him.
Why wouldn't the NYT meet him some place less obvious?
Don't get me wrong--I'm sure he has few qualms about sharing info w the media.
But I just can't see a former FBI Dir strolling into their offices like that.

I know it's probably 2% or less chance, but how hard I would laugh if Trump lied about there being no tapes and Comey shot a hugh BS story to the NYT only to to look like a fool.

It'd be awesome if, once Comey thought he was in the clear and started running his mouth, Trump actually produced tapes. Talk about 4D underwater chess.

Seriously, that's the sort of thing that would "disappoint the press." When @real made that comment a couple of weeks ago, I posted that the thing that would disappoint the press was production of the tapes proving Comey to be a liar, a nut, etc, everything he's called him. I posted that I hoped @real would produce such tapes, because then I would score his credibility above zero for the first time, which I'd like to be able to do given that the man is President. Predictably, it didn't happen. Press not disappointed. He can't even get that right. The man's a six year old, just like he told everyone he was.

It does look like he went to another event inside of that building. Some pics at some adoption event in that building on twitter. I guess even the big goofball isn't that dumb afterall to just show up at the newsroom. He leaks more secretively than that.
