SkyNews had an interview with someone from the 4th floor that was told by a friend to evacuate because there had been an explosion on the 2nd floor. I don't know anything about wiring, maybe some bad wiring "exploded" and set fire.

I want it to fall because like 9/11 I am sure there are some poor people trying to escape from burning and there is no chance of getting them out of there now. Praying the building falls. So sad.
