I am surprised we have not seen more of this here in places like Portland, Seattle, and New York where the courts have failed to hold criminals accountable.

If the courts continue to selectively apply the law people will eventually take care of the issue themselves.

Never been but a close friend did live there while an engineer for Shell. The beaches are where people shite in the sand like cats, then cover. Always where tennis shoes when going. Carnival was a giant butt phucking festival at night, in the streets. His wife came back the USA after the 2nd year there. After the first. then second maid went bat shite crazy due someone put a voodoo curse on them when they finally moved from a hotel in Rio to the work site in Recife. Late 1980's. They returned in the early 2000's but lived in a compound of all European/American engineering/management when he was Venture Manager for BC-10, later renamed Park of Shells, deepwater subsalt oil field. It was another 3 year hitch.
