Seems to me Brant. Violated the victims right to live and should face federal charges after the State finishes with the cocksucker , Hate crime charges , also both state and federal

I do not like the idea of hate crimes as it makes law that is not equal justice of similar crimes.
However. It is used many times except when one is not of a 'protected' class. Which is a whole other hill.
