Besides the army and maybe retirees, no one would’ve know it’s the army’s birthday.
As far as a military parade, there’s better MLB and soccer games to watch. No reason to have a parade. Want to see our military? Watch the cadets before army/navy.

No. But I also don’t have a desire pretend like a parade is some unprecedented affront to civilization.
I also don’t give a shite about the federal government spending $40 million on anything. Less than a drop in the bucket at this point.
Bastille Day is cool. We should do this more often. I like seeing the equipment and troops in parade dress personally. But I also don’t pretend that military parades are inherent authoritarian either. If Trump wasn’t the POTUS no one would bat an eye at this.
