I searched his name to get some more info and found this article that goes into his background and has some info from him:

#1 - that's probably not the best time to hit an officier
#2 - shouldn't he be happy that the other officer was aiming at his legs instead of his head/chest?

This is awesome and shocking all at once. I’m shocked he had balls to begin with. He can always get the fake balls that they sell for dogs that have been neutered if he’s that upset.
