We had to document the behavior of our shitty (black) paralegal for like 120 days before firing her. It was very annoying having to spend time continuously sending letters to coprorate every time she fricked up, which was pretty much daily. Fortunately for us, she was doing stuff like sending confidential docs to the wrong address, billing for work she never actually did and then hiding the evidence of her not doing stuff she was supposed to do in her desk, spending all day updating her social media pages, coming in to work late basically every day. She was so terrible and negligent at her job that she really had no case to file against us by the time she was actually fired.
