I would tell her shes a **** for acting that way.
The cop didnt have to do what he did and face plant that chick with his fist. But he did. And she hit him first, imagine if she grabbed something while she was being Carried out....and then tried to strike him with that, something that would cause damage. She was in a Drunk and Stupid State and would have grabbed and hit him or anyone else from the way she was flaying around.
Play stupid games win stupid prizes...

The cop needs to be smarter... If he had turned loose, her head would have banged off the concrete and he could have said, I was trying to dodge her blows and lost my grip... Problem solved...

Bet your life that any police officer who would cold cock a largely restrained drunk woman for swatting at him would beat the shite out of his wife for leaving his donuts and honeybuns out on the counter.
