Education is not a process unique to the Ivy League, mainstream media, U.S. Government Institution, or political ideology. But simply the love of knowledge between a good Teacher, and good Student.
It takes both the good Teacher and good Student to make a good school.
So thank God most of our human population knows that truism far and wide otherwise the evil all over the earth in whatever form would inherit the world.
Didn't someone else say, "that the meek shell inherits the Earth."

Destroying 25000 acres of desert to cram 80000 more houses and another 250000 people into one of our nation's largest existing examples of urban sprawl.
And did I mention this is the desert? With no water, so it has to be jacked from the Colorado River, which is already being stressed supplying Phoenix/Tucson, San Diego, and LA with water.

Oh, but they will have autonomous cars and fiber internet.
Will Patagonia and all the other outdoor activist companies boycott AZ now? Because this is exactly what they were fear mongering about 6 months ago in Utah.
And frick 2005 Illegal Pete who could have stocked up on $5k/acre land in this area but decided he would rather spend all his money on Pacificos and senoritas.

This my friend is how many developers go broke. they get a sweet arse deal on a land deal, build houses and nobody buys them.
