It’s a big bold idea, no doubt.
If we can get the Arabs in on it as partners, it could work.
I’ve often thought Gaza was a waste. It’s Mediterranean beachfront land in a strategic location. It could be another Dubai or Abu Dhabi or Singapore or something, conceivably.
It’s going to be rebuilt. If it is, is it better to let terrorist organizations do it or Arab countries with us? Can we make money? Can it be an investment? It’s a small area, it’s not an Iraq or an Afghanistan. It’s basically a city.
It’s a visionary idea.
But it can’t just be us. It has to be a real partnership.

Trump seems to be selling the idea of saying no to death and saying yes to making money.
And that this is in the interests of the Arabs too. It’s investment in making something prosperous based on business.
