That's when a person is either really, high, really hung over, or really old and is struggling to see, interpret and annunciate all at the same time because their nervous system doesn't work like it is supposed to.
The strain and exhaustion on his face is super obvious.
As someone who is currently watching a 80 year old begin to decline due to dementia, I see the exact face every time I visit as she tries to keep concentration on what I'm saying.
That's when a person is either really, high, really hung over, or really old and is struggling to see, interpret and annunciate all at the same time because their nervous system doesn't work like it is supposed to.
