He's a fricking idiot.
First of all, Trump increased HBCU funding to an all-time high.
Secondly, our fricking VICE PRESIDENT is an HBCU graduate - if she was able to become vice president by going to an HBCU school before funding was dramatically increased, what's the problem now, that funding is at an all-time high?
This is our president, folks.

That's because Obama cut their funding. He didn't renew the program started by President Bush, $85 MM for 8 years were lost. Howard University was in dire financial straits before Trump took office.

HBCUs aren’t funding in the same way others are. The people running them also don’t know how to do more with mess so they suffer.
I work in higher Ed. It’s rough for them. Catch 22 type stuff.
