that's generally the next step of escalation when it comes to major revolutions. not saying that's what i'm hoping for, but if there is going to be real change coming out of this, there will almost certainly be a shitload of dead protestors at some point.

Galway is one of my favorite cities. I didn’t notice immigrants in it but did get a funny reaction when I went into a small local pub but as soon as I opened my mouth they realized I wasn’t an immigrant just an American tourist

They probably believe that the govt will come to their rescue...they do not want to leave all of their taxpayer funded benefits behind to go live in the miserable place they came from.
