Can you prove that, lying to a federal agent is s felony. Never answer any question or volunteer any information without a attorney present.
Well, you got it half right. Never give them information. However, you never have to prove that you didn't commit a crime. They have the burden of proof on them to prove that you did commit a crime. If you're going to claim something like this, which you shouldn't, you better make sure they never find them.

But remember, "no one is coming for your guns".

Can't remember where was the example of this that came out this week?
I'm glad to see this sheriff say this, as States need to start stepping up for their citizens against the feds. Irrc some counties around the south have become gun sanctuary counties so I wonder how that would hold up against this.
Good the the sheriff said to call his office as it's not appropriate that a citizen is required to spend money on an attorney to protect themselves from fed overreach like this. Obviously they know this and take advantage of it, so yeah state AGs need to step up and fight on their behalf. If tax payer money is to be used against something....this is it.

Me thinks politicians will start to be in the crosshairs pretty soon

Soros has bought DA’s in the major cities that won’t prosecute crimes committed by oppressed minorities - politicizing and warping the position.
It’s ashamed me don’t have our own states rights biased DA’s covering our backs that could come out and say that they won’t prosecute any violent crimes against these ATF agents invading our homes. That would put an end to it right quick.
