Our system of government really is an incredible thing to behold.
Structuring government into three equal branches each with a power over one other branch really was an incredible stroke of genius by the Founders.
Kudos for recognizing what is actually happening. As a matter of fact, JBE made phase 1 21 days instead of 14 to signal to the legislature to not push to far and to save a bit of face. The GOP without a doubt force JBE's hand, if not we would be going the way of California and Michigan right now.
