Franklin was sent a gag order by the state not to release or discuss the numbers released by the state. The order was sent encrypted so he can’t share.

The state may "want" this, but how can they make it a requirement to get the info? The info is a matter of public health and safety, NOT the poprietary info of the state of LA. In the early days of the LA outbreak, I believe positive tests and the name of the person were being reported to local law enforcement and the local Department of Homeland Security as a matter of public safety.

Moon has been slamming honor code through this entire ordeal... JBE lies outright, gets caught, moon calls him out on it, and now all of the sudden records are going to start being scrubbed.
Reminds me of Hilldawg's 30k emails suddenly disappearing. Get rid of the evidence as fast as you can honor code.
God what I wouldn't give for the fed to start auditing the states numbers to see who's falsifying numbers to get more funds.
