Cracks me up that these are all in a field of 10+, which is how Trump won the first time. Y'all better hope Republicans are stupid enough to do it again.

Then your boy should go ahead and announce and freeze the rest out.

The plan was to have some early announcers, poke at Trump and soften his numbers and let Desantis come in late and avoid a blood fight that will cost him the Trump voters he needs.

The plan sucks.

Desantis only beats Trump if Trump is in prison and Democrats will not do Republicans that favor.

If these polls hold to summer Desantis will not run.

Trump is a loser. I'd prefer he do his losing in the primary. You seem hopeful that happens in the general.

It's weird how badly y'all want Biden reelected.

The idea that Trump can't win is a lame talking point.

Biden won with a 45k margin across Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin.

Since, he has delivered the worst administration in anyone's memory.

Desantis will face the same headwinds Trump will.

Same shady voting, same media tsunami. He's already being framed as "worse than Trump"

Tell him to stop backing the fricking swamp against us and his lead would be greater.

He's proven that he's a loser. That's the point I made.

And Trump beat the worst candidate in history by a little more.

Maybe, but DeSantis has already shown that he can handle it much better than Trump.

Trump and his cult have spent going on 8 years convincing over half the country to vote for someone else.

Trump losing AZ and GA in the first place tells you how toxic he is

Where? When?

There is not a public figure in American history that has faced the onslaught Trump has. An unreal level of negative media. You can't name someone even close.

An onslaught from the nations security apparatus.

You call that Trump convincing half the country to vote against him.

Your position is ridiculous.

In spite of it all, Trump was elected President and lost one of the closest elections in history under what one might call questionable circumstances at best.

You anti Trumpers act like he suffered a Mondale loss.

If Desantis is a better candidate, he might beat Trump but he's not a better candidate so he won't without some extraordinary intervention.

When Trump wins the nomination, make sure you vote for the Democrat or leave it blank in the general election.

Someone doesn't know much about DeSantis.

Trump brought the majority on himself. You can pretend he's a victim, but it won't change a thing.

My position is rooted in reality. Yours requires you to pretend he isn't a proven loser.

I'll vote for whoever wins the R nomination. I'd vote for Trump knowing he's gonna lose again

Trump losing to a corpse in Arizona and Georgia makes him the better candidate. The guy that has bitched and moaned about a stolen election for 2 years in the better candidate

Waiting for an answer.

Ron Desantis has Biden press conferences.

He plants a question about some national issue with a friendly reporter then rails on with a well rehearsed response.

But anyway, fill me in.
